Returns Policy
If you decide that the artwork which you have purchased via the Leighton Gallery website is not to your requirements, we offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee subject to the following:
- You contact Leighton Gallery within 7 days of purchase, or receipt of delivery if this is later
- You have a valid receipted invoice
- The artwork is in it’s original condition and packaging to enable it to be re-sold
- The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact martin@brushwork.plus.com if you have any questions.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork then please return the work within 7 days of receiving it.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3.You must return the goods within 7 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our returns form & email at your risk and cost.
4.After our artist has received the art work and checked that all conditions are met, we will issue a credit via Paypal for the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.
Returns Process
Please email us at martin@brushwork.plus.com and we will send you a returns form containing a return address. Please print this email and include it with the artwork when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item.
How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at martin@brushwork.plus.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
